PinRemote is a remote desktop control app that lets you control your Windows computer from your phone. It is developed by Stardust, an individual developer. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect when you use PinRemote, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

Account dataYour email address and full name, provided when you register.
Authentication dataIf you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address and Google account ID.
Device dataThe computer name and device name you assign when setting up the desktop agent.
Usage dataThe last time your device connected, and your subscription or trial status.
What we do NOT collectScreen content, keyboard input, and mouse movements are transmitted directly between your devices and are never sent to or stored on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Data

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We use industry-standard security practices to protect it. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

5. Third-Party Services

  • ›Google Sign-In — used for authentication. Google's privacy policy applies to data handled by Google.
  • ›Google Play Billing — used to process subscriptions on Android. Google's privacy policy applies.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you want your data deleted, email us at s4218509@gmail.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

PinRemote is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
